HOW TO JOIN

If you would like to join Nanaimo Community Home Learners, all you need to do is fill out the membership form below and pay your annual fee of $25 for the 2026-2027 school year. It is that easy! Payment can be sent via etransfer to nanaimohomelearners@gmail.com (name you are sending to will show up as Jessica Larsen, please write your name as on the membership form in the notes) or given in cash at an in person event. Paper membership forms are also available. Once membership is paid, you get access to all NCHL planned events for the whole school year!

WHY JOIN?

Besides offering support and guidance, when requested, NCHL membership gives families the opportunity to explore and share their ideas, passions and skills with others. All members are encouraged to create field trips, events, and activities that meet the needs of their family but also help us to create the fun, caring and interesting community we all want. As a member, there is no pressure or requirement to organize or even participate in events, but the opportunity is always available.



CAN'T AFFORD TO JOIN?

No family is excluded for financial hardship. If your family cannot afford the Membership Fee, we can offer you a bursary. Please contact us for more information.
